ORDERING GUIDE

Email your name, mailing address, contact number, product's name, mode of payment (iBanking/ATM funds transfer stating remitting bank's name) & postage preference(registered/normal) to richeangelus@hotmail.com.

Wait for an email which confirms your order details & states the beneficiary bank's information & the final amount payable.

Check that all details are in order before making payment (within 3 days).

After which, reply that email stating the transaction date, time & your iBanking initials (if applicable).

Wait for another email which confirms the receipt of your payment.

You should receive the product 3-4 days later.

Payment can be made via SG inter/intra-bank funds transfer with POSB/DBS & UOB iBanking preferred.

Prices are NETT with local normal postage fee absorbed (additional S$2.20 for registered mailing).

哈韩 shall not be held liable for any lost &/or damaged mail.

Payment must be received within 3 days upon confirmation of order.

Products will be checked thoroughly for any defect before being placed inside beautiful gift boxes to be mailed out in bubble envelopes on the following working day after receipt of payment.

Meet-ups can be arranged but subject to availability (Ang Mo Kio/Novena preferred).

Once sold, they are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
